Otis Activated

Otis in Nulb gets new orders. He is no longer routine surveillance; he is now a hunter. He coordinates with Y’dey across town. The owls and sprites watching the Temple are activated. Reports flow back to Furyondy and Veluna. Around the same time, Iuz attempts to consolidate his Temple operation — Hedrack pushes the elemental priests toward unity, settles disputes, redistributes resources. Falrinth begins his quiet sabotage. Documents go missing. Couriers get bribed. The elemental priests’ rivalries deepen instead of healing. Hedrack is increasingly frustrated and does not know why. He suspects one of the elemental priests is undermining him; he never suspects the wizard on Level 3.
